PAYMENT

There will be no cancel on the booking that has been made, and there will be no refund if that is to happen. Other options such as rescheduling, can be done by discussing it with his Manager.

SESSION

Renerien’s replies range from 1-90 minutes. He will tell you if he needs more time to answer to your text.
During rent period, if the clients disappear during rent period without any prior notice, working hours will not be paused, not refunded, nor rescheduled.
Both parties have the right to terminate the session at anytime as long as they can state the proper reasons.
To keep the immersion between two parties, Renerien’s closing statement is as simple as a ‘good night’ unless it’s requested.
